How to contact us about privacy

What information may be processed

• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
• Normal technical and request data generated when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. This is used to deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems.

When you submit one of the website's request forms, the details you enter are sent to RMH by email so that we can read your enquiry and reply to you. We do not store form submissions in a website database.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process personal data only for clear purposes and where we have a lawful basis to do so:

• Steps at your request before entering into a contract / contract: assessing and responding to enquiries or requests where we may proceed to a written agreement.
